I specialise in MVHR systems. The uptake of MVHR in the UK building industry over the last ten years has led to some very varied results often characterised by systems that are too noisy, and or in effective, and or beset by condensation issues (water leaking).

Over the last years I have had the privilege of working in Passivhaus during the very early uptake of this building methodology. By Passivhaus I am referring to the German building modelling methodology as developed by the Passivhaus Institute, not a building the is passive ‘not requiring heating’ or Passive Principles which means nothing.
